We expect most members will train 2–3 times per week.
You don’t need to attend everything—just what fits your schedule.
Morning: Dynamic, energising sessions to wake the body through movement, stretching and flow.
Afternoon: Technical Jiu Jitsu designed for efficiency, longevity, and real tangible growth.
Evening: Structured classes suitable for beginners through to advanced practitioners,
Plus: Womens only Jiu-Jitsu, junior’s classes, no-gi grappling, open mats, and competition classes for those that want to step in to the arena.
